Springevents began in 2003, in Lisbon, in a small room and with a simple ambition: to do things better.
At the time, event hostesses were often treated as an afterthought. The work was informal, inconsistent, and rarely taken seriously. We believed it could - and should - be different.
More professional. More considered. Built with care.

From the beginning, our focus was on detail and continuity. Teams that were prepared. People who arrived on time, stayed consistent, and understood the importance of their role.
Uniforms that were not generic, but designed - sometimes re-designed - to reflect each client’s identity rather than our own.
As the years passed, challenges followed. Loyal clients stayed. Competition grew. We kept evolving. We introduced sneakers into environments that had always been rigidly formal. We added colour where there had only been neutrality. We created a signature uniform, not as a statement for us, but as a tool for our clients.
Springevents grew across Europe. Today, our teams support international medical and corporate congresses in cities such as Lisbon, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna, Barcelona or Munich - always with the same approach we started with: attention, consistency, and respect for the environment we enter.
More recently, driven by the same curiosity and willingness to grow, we embraced a new context. A different culture. A different rhythm. Springevents was established in Dubai, drawing entirely from over two decades of experience in Europe, while learning to listen, adapt and belong in the Middle East.
We began again. With new colours. A new uniform designed for this region. Local teams trained with the same standards that define our work in Europe.
Today, we are here for clients who recognise that level of care, those who value discretion, continuity and intention.
