European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases

EACTS first partnered with Springevents in 2019 for its Annual Meeting in Lisbon. When the congress returned to Lisbon in 2024, the client chose us again to support every key area of the event with a team of 60 hostesses and 2 experienced coordinators. In 2025, that trust extended beyond borders - Springevents was once more selected to deliver the same level of precision and care, this time in Copenhagen.

For the 39th EACTS Annual Meeting at Bella Center, we deployed a consistent, Lisbon-based team of 60 hostesses and hosts, led by the same two coordinators who managed the previous edition. Familiar with the roles, the client, and the expectations, they helped create a seamless guest experience from day one.

Our Approach

From registration to room support, our hostesses handled every detail that shapes participant satisfaction. Because this team already supported the 2024 edition in Lisbon, they knew the event structure - ensuring accuracy, agility, and confidence across every interaction.

Staffed with Intention, Trained with Purpose

Selection began early, prioritizing retention. Many of the same professionals returned for the 2025 edition, already familiar with the roles and rhythm of the congress. Briefings were conducted in Lisbon before departure, incorporating client feedback and internal debriefs from 2024.

Leadership on Site, From Within

Our two internal coordinators - the same from Lisbon 2024 - led the team in Copenhagen. This continuity brought calm oversight, faster setup, and stronger communication with the client, reducing time spent on adjustments and enhancing event flow.
