For ESCMID, we don’t just send staff, we bring a consistent, experienced team that manages the roles that define participant satisfaction: registration, room support, speaker assistance, poster areas, and more. These are some of the positions that shape the first and last impression of your congress.

Staffed with Intention, Trained with Purpose
Each year, the team is selected and briefed well in advance. More than 60% of the hostesses have worked on at least two previous editions, and are trained specifically for the venue and flow of that year’s congress. We deploy up to 80 staff on-site, every day of the event, no shifts, no rotation, fully present and aligned with the schedule.

Leadership on Site, From Within
The same three event managers have coordinated ESCMID since the Lisbon edition in 2021. They don’t just oversee staffing operations, they collaborate directly with the client to define roles, structure the team, and support execution in real time. Their presence is central to the consistency and quality we deliver year after year.
